Allocation and vesting
How the 10,000,000 IFO are split, and when each part unlocks.
About 243,750 IFO (about 2.44% of the supply) can be in circulation at TGE: the part of the sale that unlocks then, the 150,000 IFO in the opening pool and 60,000 IFO of the airdrop. Everything else is locked or released over time. $1.00 is a reference price and the pool's opening price, not a promised listing price.
| Allocation | Share | IFO | Vesting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Token sale | 4% | 400,000 | Per round: 10% at TGE (5% in Public), the rest in equal parts over 6 months (3 months in Final) |
| Liquidity | 5% | 500,000 | At TGE, 150,000 IFO go into a pool on Base with $150,000 USDC, opening at $1.00. The pool is locked by contract for 12 months; after that it moves to the treasury wallet. The other 350,000 IFO are locked by contract for 12 months, then used only to add liquidity |
| Team | 10% | 1,000,000 | Locked by contract for 12 months, then released in equal parts over 24 months |
| Advisors | 3% | 300,000 | Locked by contract for 6 months, then released in equal parts over 18 months |
| Marketing & Growth | 7% | 700,000 | Nothing at TGE. Released in equal parts over 24 months, spent only on programs (community, partners, events, content) |
| Airdrop | 3% | 300,000 | 20% at TGE (60,000 IFO); the other 80% (240,000 IFO) is released later through campaigns and phased claims |
| Ecosystem & Rewards | 38% | 3,800,000 | Released in equal parts over 48 months, spent only on programs (merchant and referral rewards, developers, community) |
| Treasury | 30% | 3,000,000 | Held in a public wallet that needs several people to approve each transfer. Locked by contract for 12 months, then released on a schedule we publish in advance. We do not sell treasury IFO on the market at will |
What the code enforces, and what is our promise
Some rules are built into the contracts, so nobody, including us, can change them. Others are commitments we make and report on. We keep the two apart so you know what you can check yourself.
- Enforced by code: the 10,000,000 supply is fixed and can never grow. There is no mint function, no owner, no pause button and no upgrade. Team, advisor, treasury and liquidity locks, and the release schedule of every group, are fixed in the contracts.
- Our commitment, not enforced by code: how unlocked marketing, ecosystem and treasury IFO is spent, not selling treasury IFO on the market at will, and the treasury schedule after the first 12 months.
- At TGE we publish the address of the token, every allocation wallet and every lock, so anyone can check balances and schedules on Basescan.
- The contracts are reviewed by an independent auditor before TGE and the report is published. Until then they are not deployed.
What IFO is used for
From TGE, IFO is used in InfraIO Pay in three ways. Discounts stack with your volume tier and prepaid credit. The platform fee never goes below 0.20%.
- Staking: lock IFO to lower your platform fee, with a 30-day cooldown when you unstake.
- Pay fees in IFO: settle platform fees with IFO and take another 20% off.
- Rewards: merchant and referral rewards are paid in IFO.
| Staked IFO | Platform fee discount |
|---|---|
| 1,000 IFO | −10% |
| 5,000 IFO | −20% |
| 20,000 IFO | −30% |

Risk notice
IFO is a utility token. Nothing on this page is an offer of securities, investment advice or a promise of profit or price.
The price of IFO can fall, including below the price paid in any round, and IFO can lose all of its value. Tokens unlock on the schedule above, which adds supply over time and can push the price down.
Smart contracts can have bugs or be attacked, even after an audit. IFO sent to a wrong address or an exchange deposit address may be lost for good.
The TGE date and the uses described here are planned and may be delayed or change. Read the token sale terms and risk disclosure before buying.
